2. The demo runs in your browser

BuildPulse's interactive demo stores its state in your browser's local storage on your device. What you enter there is not transmitted to us and disappears when you clear your browser data. There are no user accounts on this site and no payments.

3. Server logs

Our hosting provider (Vercel Inc., USA) processes IP address, time, requested URL, referrer and browser data in server logs to deliver the site and keep it secure — legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; US transfers are safeguarded by standard contractual clauses and Vercel's Data Privacy Framework certification.

4. Analytics — only with consent

Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) loads only after you choose "Accept all" in the cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25 TDDDG), with IP anonymisation. "Necessary only" loads nothing; clearing the site's cookies brings the banner back if you change your mind.

5. Contact

If you write to us through the contact page, we process the details you provide in order to reply (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR) and keep them no longer than the conversation requires.

6. Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR) via websites@dionics.ai; complaint to Die Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz Niedersachsen, Prinzenstraße 5, 30159 Hannover (Art. 77).
